Tutorial Hijab Fashion Syari 2015

Islam is one religion that is known to be conservative and very proud of its values. These beliefs have influenced their clothing too. From the ancient times, Muslims have always worn traditional and modest garments that cover the entire body. With the time changing, the conservative approach has relaxed slightly. Islamic wear is now extremely stylish and elegant and it maintains the modesty at the same time.

One of the most commonly used garments by Muslim women is a hijab. It is basically a head dress that covers the entire head, face, and neck. Some have argued that covering the head is a sign of oppression. But the majority believes that wearing a hijab is the best way to show their respect for Allah. Nowadays, women are equally comfortable in wearing hijabs at their workplace or in public. Even college girls are wearing hijabs to their classes with comfort and grace.

Originally, hijabs were black in color and there was not much scope as far as fashion was concerned. But this scenario has undergone a drastic change in recent times. Trendy and chic hijabs are being designed in various colors, patterns, and styles. Hijabs for students and young working professionals are vibrant and bright colors whereas older or middle-aged women prefer dark and sober colors.

There are various methods of draping a hijab. The most common way is to fold a square-shaped hijab into a triangle and place it on the head. It is fastened with a pin under the chin and the ends hand loosely over the back. Long hijabs are also very much in vogue these days. They are rectangular in shape and worn in a scarf-like fashion. Working professionals prefer a "one-piece" hijab. It is a tube-shaped piece of cloth in which one end is fitted over the head and the other end is then wrapped over that end around the neck and face. This "one-piece" hijab is very convenient because it is "fuss-free" and it stays intact for a long period of time.

Elegant Hijab Fashion Trends 2015

Every woman wishes for a unique style, which mirrors her personality. And thinking of fashion for Islamic women the first thing that comes to mind is the Muslim hijab. The hijab in Arabic refers to a 'cover' or 'barrier'. The Muslim hijab is essentially a headscarf covering the head and the neck. Whether you wear the hijab to make a political statement, out of religious belief or just for fashion, they can make you look quite beautiful and elegant. They come in a number of styles and colors that make it all the more difficult to select one that suits you the best.

Muslim Hijabs: The Types

The Muslim hijab has been in use since medieval times, and since then, it has developed into various styles depending on the culture and region (such as the Kuwaiti hijab and the Pashmina hijab). However, it basically is of three types:

* The Al Amira: This is basically a two piece veil, consisting of a large head band or a close fitting cap, generally made of polyester or cotton, along with a tube like scarf worn over it.

* The Shyla: This is a long and rectangular scarf usually worn by women in the Gulf countries. It is wrapped over and around the head, and then pinned or tucked at the shoulder.

* The Khimer: The Khimer is generally longer. It consists of a cape like veil, which usually falls down to a little above the waist. It covers the hair, bosom, neck and shoulders, while leaving the face open. Muslim women will usually wear the Khimer while they pray or when they are on the Hajj pilgrimage.

How to Wear a Muslim Hijab

There are a number of ways in which you can wear the hijab; however, most of them share the following common steps:

1. Place the chosen hijab over your head. Ensure that it is longer on one side, but not too long, as it might come loose while you wear it.

2. Pull one of the edges taut across the forehead a little above the brow line.

3. While you keep holding the edge of the head scarf, tuck it behind the ears and bring the two lengths together at the bottom of your skull.

4. Pinning the two sides of the hijab together behind your skull with a safety pin, bring its two sides to the front of the shoulder in such a manner that they lie over your bosom.

5. Hold the longer end of your hijab, and then wrap it under the chin so your neck doesn't show. Make sure that you don't pull the hijab's longer side too hard otherwise you might loosen it.

6. Wrap the longer side around the back of the head.

7. Take the longer side around the crown and bring it back to the side where you started.

8. Tuck or pin the longer side into the headscarf under your chin.

Pin your pashmina shawl with gorgeous brooches.
Although used by women primarily during winters, pashmina shawls are the perfect accessory for any dress and look fashionable when worn in different styles or ways. Women can pin their garments in different styles very conveniently and prevent them from the embarrassment caused by it slipping from their shoulders with a jewelry brooch. By using brooches, you won't look bunched up but drape them with style. That is the magic of these shawl pins. Whether you want to wear your wrap like a poncho or any other style, you can be creative to pin it in a number of ways. The truth is that it will not just make you look gorgeous and graceful but also add volumes to your style and sophistication.

Do you know how to pin a shawl in a hijab style? It is quite simple to follow. For this, you first need to wear an underscarf on your head so as to cover your neck. Now, you need to place your shawl on your head but make sure to keep one end of it longer than the other one. Now, you need to make use of your brooch. You must pin it to the underscarf that you have placed on your head. Pin on both sides of head just near the area where your brow line ends. Pull the longer end gently under your chin. Wrap the end once around your head and secure it by using the same pin. That's a fabulous style.

Let us see how to pin a shawl in some other beautiful ways to give you different looks for different occasions. It is a bit similar to the earlier method. First of all, place your shawl on your head while keeping one end of the shawl longer than the other one. Tie the two ends at the bottom of your neckline.

Now, gently twist the longer end of the shawl to the other side of the head and just tie both the ends. Use a pin to keep the ends secure. Here you are ready to cast a lasting spell on one and all whether it's any special family function or any other event.

During summers, women can drape the shawl on their shoulders over any strappy summer dress and look sensational. The only thing is to use shawl pins to look elegant and secure the ends of the shawl. If you are going to a pool or a beach, you can use the same style and pin a wrap over a skimpy dress and feel confident. When the weather is cold outside, you can wrap it around your neck to protect from chilly winds and use a pin or a brooch to keep it firm. However, when you are inside your home or the room, you can casually drape your shawl.

If you are tall, get a shawl of 36 to 80 inches in length. Whether you use your shawl as a head covering or as a belt, the decision is entirely yours. Just be creative and try different ways to pin it in place.

But wait, what is aurat? For a woman, everything is aurat except face and two palms. Aurat is very closed to sexuality. For instance, when a man see the navel, the thigh, the breast, the buttock or the hair of a woman, the man will surely got excited and his lust will start to control him. And this is what Islam don't want because when the lust start to control a person, he will surely lost his logic and mind. But there is some questions on about why must women cover their hair? Hijab Clothing Trends 2015

Islam is one of the most influential religions of the world. Its followers are spread all across the world. Though people's clothes are influenced by their culture and tradition, there are other factors that can motivate them. Some of these factors include availability of resources and materials, climate, social status and group identity. Islamic clothing also follows the same pattern. The Muslim attires usually vary from place to place.

Islamic clothing usually reflects their belief and values. Their garments must be modest and decent in appearance. Though they are simple, the outfits worn by Muslim men and women are quite attractive. Most of these clothes are made from cotton and are very much suitable for hot and humid conditions. Thereby, this type of Islamic clothing is in high demands in Asian and Middle East countries.

Generally Islamic clothing is differentiated into two main groups - the Islamic urban wear and the rural wear. The former are usually highly fashionable cloths and are costly. They include shirt and paint with suit as well as the traditional jubbah and pajamas. On the other hand, the rural wears include cotton pajamas and jubbah for men. The rural women wear simple salwar-kurta along with black Burkha over their face.

These garments are also very loose to ensure that they do not distinguish or outline the shape of body underneath. Apart from covering their body in public, the apparels worn by Muslim men and women should also be thick enough to cover the real color of the skin. Usually shiny and flashy clothes are forbidden by Islam as they can overpower their overall modesty. In addition, it is a taboo for Islam men to wear the feminine accessories like gold and silk.

These clothes are also available in various different ranges. They are ideal to bring a change in your personality and look. Men can conveniently opt for the fashionable jubbahs and pajamas. Women looking for such apparels can buy burka that covers your body completely and hijabs, which are modest and loose garments and come with a scarf. This scarf goes over your head and then under your chin. Other types of Muslim attires for women include abayas and jilbab.

Beauty Hijab Fashion Trends 2015

Any exploration of traditional Muslim clothing cannot be considered complete without an in-depth discussion of the hijab, a traditional Muslim headscarf worn by Muslim women around the world. Although the hijab is worn in different regions in various manifestations with respect to length, color and design, a unifying trend with its roots in modest and conservative fashions, is slowly emerging. Hijabs for Muslim women have finally gone main stream. But first, a perspective and a quick clarification to help you make sensible purchase decisions when you set out to buy a hijab for that very special occasion round the corner.

Although Muslim edict recommends conservative dressing norms for women of the Islamic faith, it does not place a ban on specific colors, fabric, designs or texture. This is precisely why Muslim women have used personal judgment when deciding what styles to wear indoors and what not to wear outdoors. The hijab, which is a Muslim headscarf and considered mostly an accessory, can be colorful and pretty while at the same time remaining sophisticated and distinctive. You can even match your hijab with your formal or informal attire as long as it is not "loud" and "wild." As they say, decorum is the key to making a good impression.

Women's Scarves for a Trendy Look

As mindsets change, attitudes fluctuate, and fashion trends become even more contemporary, more and more women from the Islamic community continue to embrace new ideologies about style and fashion. The range of choices for you as you set out to shop for hijabs is bewildering to say the least. Hijabs, much like a khimar or shaylah, can be worn in solids, prints or a combination of the two. Pick your hijab to match and suit your seasonal color preferences if you have any. Designs and styles span the spectrum from a traditional look to something which looks and feels very much 21st century. You can also consider hijabs that are adorned with exquisite hand embroidery on the edges, evenly spaced in direct proportion to the pattern on the hijab.

Beauty beyond Size and the Muslim Headscarf

Whether it is a satin-trimmed hijab that catches your fancy or a somber-looking hijab in a dark, mixed shade that you would like to wear to your prayer sessions, one size usually fits all. The standard size for a hijab is 44" X 44" square. However, a few online stores like ours carry hijabs in more than one size and it is a good idea to specify your size requirement just in case you have a preference for a non-standard size.

Shopping Online for a Hijab Headscarf

Speaking of online shopping, you now have a wide range of choices when purchasing not only hijabs but also abayas, jilbabs, niqabs, and just about every type of Islamic clothing or accessory. They are not only displayed and described on websites but also critiqued usually through blog comments or through Facebook. Once you have picked your style and design, check out the hijab's fabric and texture by reading the product descriptions. This is important if you happen to be allergic to a specific type of fabric such as pure synthetic or one of its variations. Online stores which sell hijabs are great about responding to customer inquiries through e-mail, phone and live chat and provide accurate answers within a matter of hours. So the next time you are ready to make a fashion statement or simply wish to add to your repertoire, shop online.

Modern Hijab Abaya Tips

Every religion has its dress code. The Islamic tradition requires the women of its community to be modest in their dress. As such, the abaya and the hijab define a Muslim woman's attire. Although the abaya is an example of conservative clothing, it need not lack luster. Modern designs and styles have made it possible for women to showcase their personal styles without showing any disregard for their beliefs and religion.

For those of you unaware of what an abaya is, it is a long-sleeve, loose-fitting robe designed to be worn over regular clothing. It resembles a caftan in its design. It is paired with a head scarf called a hijab. This cloak-like garment has different names depending on the country such as 'Burqa' in South Asia and a 'Chador' in Iran.

Color options

Traditionally, all abayas were made in black colored fabrics. Black is still the preferred color in most Muslim countries; however, they are also available in an array of other colors as long as they do not attract unnecessary attention. Women prefer earthy tones over bold colors. Along with solid colors, women have also started experimenting with printed fabrics.

Fit and Style

The abaya must cover the entire length of the arm. Thus, although designers cannot do much with the length, they are tailoring sleeves in different shapes. They are also available in a range of basic and luxurious designs. While most are made in a straight fit from top to bottom, a few are more fitted at the higher and lower waist. They either come stitched in that style or feature a separate sash or belt that fits tight around the waist. There are designs with high collars and a flare fit too.

Fabric Choices

They are made in a variety of light fabrics such as cotton, crepe, georgette silk, chiffon and rayon. Silk and chiffon give the best looks owing to the rich and luxuriant fabrics. You can choose one that offers the highest level of comfort.

Embellishments and Embroidery

Modern style abayas also set themselves apart from traditional designs by means of the accents they feature. Embroidered cloaks are becoming increasing popular in Islamic and non-Islamic countries. Simple embroidery is done along the sleeves and around the neck. A few also features embroidered designs along the seams and the edges. Jeweled embellishments and sequins look elegant and impressive against the backdrop of solid colors. Others also feature lace embellishments and sashes.

Experimenting with the Hijab

Another way to spice up your abaya outfit without compromising on modesty is to play with the style and design of the hijab. You can buy a range of hijabs in solid colors and printed fabrics and pair them stylishly with your abaya. You can add some bling with a jeweled pin or a broche. You can also tie the hijab in different styles.

The industry for abaya fashions has indeed matured over the years. There are haute couture abaya designs too available exclusively at designer stores. Often they are made in a single piece; the designs are unique and not repeated especially for women belonging to the elite classes. Many designers show case their designs at fashion shows in different parts of the world.

Modern Hijab Fashion 2015

The Muslims have been traditionally very festive and fun loving people. The beautiful craftsmanship and embroidery patterns found on their clothing, unrivalled with so many fascinating and breath taking color combinations, provides a completely unique fashion style unlike any others.

In the middle ages the ravages of time and history took its toll and the hijab and abaya became strict rules of conduct accompanied by equally simple eating habits that have been enforced upon the womenfolk of modern times.

Traditionally, Muslims are known to adhere to religious values and ethics that rule all forms of daily life more dominantly than the ones eschewed by the political or governing bodies, the ones running the affairs of the state. Most of the Muslim population is devout and traditional status quo is maintained in most of the homes by all age groups equally.

Of late, though with generations having passed since they left the birth places, Muslims are increasingly looking to make their own fashion statements in their own subtle ways. The Muslim women folk had been using highly ornamental and embroidered clothing that, in spite of covering them from head to toe, was intricately designed in vibrant colors and in many variants that brought out the distinctly feisty and festive outlook to life.

Changing the Muslim Clothing Scene

The Arabian peninsula that is home to most traditional rituals and customs and strict enforcements the one that is most surprisingly leading the way, followed by the more 'liberal' and forward looking Malaysia and other far east and south Asian countries. The 'complete wear' clothing designs being brought forward by Sarah Binhejaila, who has done a course in western world, seeks to replace the double layer traditional attires thus making a difference from within the system without antagonizing the purists. It is however a compromise of sorts.

Changes taking place in the west

In a slight shift from what is taking place in the Middle-East, the native English Muslim designer has been courageous enough to add vibrant colors while giving the abaya and hijab its time honored place. The colors that have changed from the traditional black or dark brown at the most to more attractive pink and pleasing blue have been seen to be accepted at least in the more affluent and cash rich European and American Muslim womenfolk.
